AFS Workshop on ‘Effect + Global Citizenship Education25-Jul-2023

Broadening the perspective of the students to help them evolve as Active Global Citizens, Unison World School Organized AFS Workshop on ‘Effect + Global Citizenship Education’. for its students on 25th and 26th July 2023. Ms. Vibhooti Maldhari an Intercultural Trainer from AFS, India conducted the workshop which was attended by 30 students. In the two-day workshop students realized the importance of being Global Citizens for peace and sustainable development. The resource person engaged the students in discussions, activities, and games to help them understand true essence of Culture, its significance and worth. A variety of ventures and engaging video clips facilitated the students to reflect on their identity, understand themselves better and propose their perspective for sustainable growth Students presented their innovative idea to achieve Gender Equality, to Reduce Inequalities and ways to implement Climate Action effectively. Group acts, chart presentations and games kept the students engaged and reflect about their role as Global citizens.
