IC3 Regional Conference03-May-2025

On 3rd May 2025, Unison World School proudly hosted the IC3 Regional Forum, a transformative day of dialogue, collaboration, and forward-thinking in education and student counselling. The day began with a mindfulness session led by Mr. Ganesh Kohli, Founder of the IC3 Movement, creating space for intention and reflection. Dr. Mona Khanna, Principal of Unison World School, opened the forum with a heartfelt welcome, followed by a visionary talk by Mr. Ganesh Kohli, who shared IC3’s mission and its growing impact on global education. A special address by the Keynote Speaker, Lt. Gen. Surendra Kulkarni added a thought-provoking perspective to the importance of counselling and leadership in education. The forum featured a series of sessions like - Counselling as a Culture", led by Mr. Ganesh Kohli, which emphasized the need to embed counselling deeply within the school ecosystem. The morning continued with a session by Dr. Sandeep Vasant, Professor and Registrar, Navrachana University, on "Aligning Counselling with the Future of Work (2040 Vision)" followed by Ms. Meenu Arora’s session on ‘Navigating Change: Skills for Managing Uncertainty and Disruption’. Ms Arora is the Director, School and University Programs, iDreamCareer. Our students participated in a transformative Bootcamp: "From Competition to Competence", facilitated by Mr. Ganesh Kohli. The session encouraged students to focus on discovering the inner competence to overcome constant comparisons. The afternoon culminated in an enriching panel discussion featuring leading voices in education, including Dr. Madhav Deo Saraswat, Chief Advisor and Mentor, Kasiga School, Ms. Sangeeta Kain, Principal Welham Boys' School, Ms. Monisha Datta, Director and Co-founder, The Doon Girls' School and Dehradun Boys' School, and Dr. Mona Khanna, Principal, Unison World School. The conversation focused on building resilience and agility in a world of constant change. Together, the sessions underscored the urgent need for future-readiness, emotional well-being, and institutional transformation—all essential to help students thrive in an evolving world. The IC3 Regional Forum 2025 at Unison World School not only provided a platform for critical conversations but also successfully fostered professional growth and collaboration across the educational community.
