Career Workshop and Fair04-Nov-2023

Career Workshop was held on 4th November 2023, as the students of Grade 12 are set to embark on a new journey towards higher education and Grade 11 students are preparing for the same. In separate sessions, Ms. Heena Jethanandani, Dr. Aashique Ahmed Iqbal, and Ms. Meenu Singh from Ashoka University and Krea University, respectively, briefed the students on the requirements of a strong application to secure a place in their university, as well as the flexibility of liberal education. They also answered the queries put forth by the students. Students pursuing science and mathematics courses had a session with Mr. Milind Mehta, a resource person from Plaksha University, who gave them an overview of the several courses offered at their technical university. Later during the day, students of Grades 10, 11, and 12 who plan to continue their education in India attended a Career Fair where representatives from 25 Indian universities assisted the students in broadening their perspectives and learning about the range of available subject combinations, requirements to be fulfilled, and admissions processes. Overall, our students had a fruitful day in terms of their career awareness.
