Self Defence Workshop 202514-Jul-2025

Led by expert master trainers, students received hands-on instruction in a safe, supportive environment. The curriculum included vital defence techniques such as Single Hand Grab Defence, Neck Choke Defence, Bear Hug Defence, Hair Pull Defence, 360 Slap Defence, Mounted Choke, and Wrist Grab Defence. Striking methods like elbow strikes, hammer fists, palm strikes, and groin strikes were practiced through dry drills, partner drills, and bag work- replicating real-life situations while maintaining complete safety. Beyond physical training, the program emphasized situational awareness, emotional control, quick decision-making, and teamwork. Daily warm-ups, fitness drills, tactical games, and team-based challenges fostered leadership, mutual respect, and physical conditioning- helping students grow stronger in mind and body. This workshop wasn’t just about self-defence- it was about confidence, character, and courage.
