We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Fine Arts to lead a dynamic department that includes visual arts, sculpture, pottery, design, and performing arts.
A Master’s degree in Fine Arts or an equivalent qualification. 3 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in an educational setting. Thorough working knowledge of both the CISCE and Cambridge curricula, with the ability to implement, adapt, and oversee curriculum requirements across grade levels. Oversee the design, delivery, and regular review of the Fine Arts curriculum in alignment with CISCE and Cambridge standards. Ensure high-quality teaching practices, consistent assessment procedures, and effective lesson planning across the department. Guide students in building strong art portfolios for internal assessments and applications to leading national and international universities. Promote rich artistic engagement through classes, clubs, studio work, workshops, and enrichment programmes. Lead the conceptualisation and execution of school exhibitions, visual components of Annual Day, stage design, and campus-wide art installations. |
