On August 5th, Generation Global hosted an event led by Mr. Sanjay Bareja, with participation from several schools, including Unison World School, CMS Mahanagar, and Evergreen Public School. The focus of the discussion was on the theme of "Peace and Security." This broad and thought-provoking topic was thoroughly explored, emphasizing the significance of peace in our lives. The conversation highlighted how peace and security are integral to various aspects of human existence, including the prohibition of armed force, nonviolent conflict resolution, and the empowerment of individuals and groups. Students actively engaged in discussions, emphasizing the idea that peace is a powerful force that can be maintained with calm and deliberate action. During the second round of dialogue, participants posed questions such as, "How can we ensure peace and security in our lives today?" and "What motivates people to promote and campaign for peace when there is no immediate reward?" The discussion also addressed the growing importance of online security, its potential impact on our lives, and the need for increased awareness through webinars about security measures and individual rights.
