Zoo Visit28-Jul-2024

23 students along with their teachers from Unison World school had an exhilarating experience enriched with learning when they visited the Dehradun Zoo on 28th July 2024. From small love birds to brightly coloured Macaws, from flightless Emu to predatory Himalayan Vultures all just amazed the students in the aviary section. Watching different varieties of pythons and other venomous reptiles from too near sent a wave of excitement among the students in the snake world section. The aquarium section was the most loved by them as they witnessed innumerable varieties of fish from Tiger Shark, Alligator, Catfish to Goldfish and many more. Watching Gharials basking in the sun and little turtles nibbling on the vegetables was fun as well as exciting for them. As students went around the zoo all had a story to share and learn from what they observed and read. In all it was an informative, entertaining and a memorable trip for the students.
