Online Talk Show on Shooting06-Jun-2020

Unison World School, successfully organised an online talk show in the amidst of lock down for our aspiring shooters. Mr. Deepak Kumar Dubey, Coach, Indian Shooting Team (SAI) interacted through virtual platform to students on 6th June 2020. The workshop helped the students to understand how to handle match pressure and How to develop winning habit. Mr. Dubey gave our students insights about common problems faced by the shooters playing at national, international and Olympic levels. He laid great emphasis on the benefits of Yoga, positive self talk, diet plan, water intake levels and correct mindset prior to the match. It was an enriching experience for all participants.
