Online Talk Show on Sports Psychology27-May-2020

UWS Students attended a talk by Dr.Sumiran Tandon, sports psychologist and recipient of Dr. B R Ambedkar National Award 2018 for her outstanding work in the field of sports psychology contributing to social upliftment and national integration on 26 May 2020(Grades 9 to 12) & 27 May 2020 (Grades 5to 8). The workshop helped the students recognise the best mental practices before, during and after competition to become a better player and student. It guided them on ways and means to balance sports and academics as well as provided them with tips to prevail over the lockdown situations and utilise the available resources to come out stronger. It was an enriching experience for all participants.
