Message from the Principal

Welcome to Unison World School

"Children are living beings-more living than people who have built shells of habit around themselves. Therefore it is absolutely necessary for their mental health and development that they should not have 'mere school' for their lessons, but a world whose guiding spirit is personal".

Rabindranath Tagore

Dear Parents,

Unison World School continues to uphold traditional values while adopting contemporary infrastructure and pedagogies. Individuals having diverse backgrounds, carrying unique streaks of values, traditions and cultures enter the portals of a learning community. At UWS, unrelenting effort goes in mentoring and metamorphosing the uncut diamonds into finer UWS gems.

UWS is an amalgamation of competent teachers, state of the art infrastructure, an idyllic setting and experienced and efficient administration. Modern and secure infrastructure, pollution free environment, CISCE and IGCSE curriculum, excellent pastoral care, nutritious and sumptuous vegetarian food are some of our strengths.

Education is not learning by rote and then repeating it in the examination. Our approach is student centered and goes beyond text books, class rooms and boundaries. Students develop practical skills, enabling them to apply their learning to unfamiliar situations and think critically about different issues. These prepare them for a lifelong success. We have live multimedia presentations to facilitate deeper understanding of concepts. At the core of the schools educational philosophy, modern education and cultural heritage are complimentary and help the girls to become better citizens. We inculcate in the children, a respect for Indian culture. This edifice and temple of learning will always be a source of never ending inspiration for our young ladies. UWS nourishes, nurtures and binds our families by the tenacious threads of values and ethos. Our staff dedicatedly follows the motto of "explore, research and achieve" in their quest for excellence. It is because of their selfless and relentless efforts that the school has reached majestic heights. Our designated goal of stretching the mind beyond the obvious has found an encouraging start of this years’, excellent ICSE, Class X board results which complements this dream. UWS teaches their students that failure is only the first step to success and they must stand up each time they fall; to rise like the phoenix from the ashes of what was yesterday and to soar with wings widespread into the opportunities of tomorrow. We are very grateful to our parents for their sincere involvement in the School. Without their single-minded co-operation between the school and home we cannot offer the holistic education towards which we are striving; ‘Sarva Gunn Sampann’.

Yours Sincerely
